520 calories of deliciousness! since i didn’t hit 500 cals for breakfast (i try to stick to 500 per my 3 big meals a day) i added my new favorite cheese rice cakes as my side. mmm

weigh in for 5/19

i forgot to weigh in yesterday morning because i woke up late so today i remembered and i’m down 2lbs for the week! i’m surprised i didn’t gain anything from my period cause normally i do due to a lot of water weight. slow and steady is the way to do it people :) i’m almost down 100lbs from my heaviest and that is just still amazing to me that i’ve made it this far. i still have a long way to go but for me, knowing where i’ve been is what’s pushing me along with knowing where i can be.

today the weather is suppose to be gorgeous so i plan to take advantage with a good walk and some time in the sun. i hope everyone else has a good saturday!
